Keeping busy is-- good. Just... if there's anything I can do to help, I... I'd be very happy to. Do we have a building yet?

Only a matter of days now. [Which is really awesome when she stops to think on it. This whole club idea is actually coming together.] And there's still a whole lot left to do before this place ever gets up and running.

We need a name.

A name? ... Well that shouldn't be too hard. ... They're usually just one word long, like "Pulse" or "Heat"... Right?

Most of the good ones are.

... is there anything you have in mind? Or-- like did you want to do a... what. A sequel? "Pulse Squared" or whatever? People seem to like numbers in their club names, too.

Pulse Squared, huh? [She considers it for a moment. It sounds a lot like something Speed would suggest. But it's not bad.] It has a good ring to it.

Pulse. Beat. Timber. Shack. Joint. Square. Circle. [Now you're just saying words, Wanda.] ... We could also name it after ourselves, I guess. "Magic and Bows" or... something. [She gestures vaguely, lighting up her hex aura momentarily, as if Kate could somehow not be aware of what she meant.] Though-- I'm not sure how... "cool" that would be.

[Oh, Kate's more than aware of what Wanda means by the magic. It's still too soon after Billy's reality warping to really forget. Like mother, like son. God, does Wanda even know about Billy and Tommy? What did they tell her after the spell managed to be reset?

She taps her finger against her chin for a moment, considering the suggestion. To her credit, she managed not to flinch all that visibly at the magic aura.]

Bows 'n Hexes? HQ? Hawk's Nest?

"HQ"... I like the sound of that one. Does it mean anything? [Ohh, there have been some preliminary talks, but nothing she feels the need to open up about. Right now they're ignoring that that all happened, right? Right.]

HQ? Headquarters? Kinda fitting for two Aveng-

[Oh god, Kate! Shut up, shut up, shut up!

She's not even a full Avenger yet and Wanda... This isn't the Wanda from back in her 'verse. Stupid, stupid, stupid.]

Just kind of fitting, y'know? Setting up an HQ for fun or some other ridiculous notion.

[Wanda tilts her head, wondering what Kate was about to say. She's very used to that sort of 'stop speaking'. People do it around her a lot. It's frustrating, but there's very little to do for it.]

... Ahh, yes. [She opts to ignore it, though she gives Kate a bit of an eyebrow to let her know that she knows something just happened there.] Head Quarters. ... I like it. ... I like it a lot, actually.

[It's an expression that Kate completely ignores. She is so</> not going to be responsible for cluing Billy and Tommy's not!mom about her role in their universe.

Besides, they've finally decided on a name. This whole club thing is becoming more and more a reality.]

Then I think we have a name.

[...and moving on it is! Wanda happily forgets whatever Kate is not telling her; whatever it is, she probably doesn't want to know anyway. Her smile returns.]

That's great! ... and easier than I thought. ... What's our next step then? [Kate is like-- best leader EVER. After Magneto, of course.]

[What's next? Hmm. Kate rests her chin against her fist as she tries to recall the list sitting in her apartment. She could just run up and get it. But that requires pausing the conversation. That's something she'd rather not do.]

Building's almost done. I'm still working on the staff. How's your eye for interior design?

Very good. [If you like Reds, Blacks and Purples, at least.] ... Where's the building?

[Mmm, maybe something a little less gothic.]

Between houses fourteen and forty-seven, right near the river. It's really shaping up.

[maximoff_girl]

[Wanda doesn't know the meaning of the words "less gothic."] Ahhh... I haven't been over that way in a while. ... That's a good location though. ... Lots of people live over there. [She nods her approval.]

Not too far from the center of town, either. Hopefully, it'll attract the business we need.

[Not that, really, there's any sort of profit to be made. But a girl can dream, right?]
